1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BluffCatcher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BluffCatcher is a poker training platform that provides tournament simulation, preflop training, and hand recording tools. The Service is for educational and entertainment purposes only. BluffCatcher does not involve real-money gambling.

3. Accounts

You may create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BluffCatcher offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($20/month) or yearly ($188/year) and auto-renew until cancelled.

iOS: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Web: Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BluffCatcher does not guarantee that training with the Service will improve your poker results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluffCatcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
