BluffCatcher does not involve real money, gambling, or financial transactions of any kind.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app:

- Device information: Operating system version, device type — used for compatibility and debugging.
- Language preference: Stored locally via cookies on the web app. Not transmitted to our servers.
- Crash reports: Anonymous crash logs may be collected to improve stability.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, location data, or any personally identifiable information (PII) unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via a support email).

The BluffCatcher website uses a single functional cookie to remember your language preference (English / 中文). This cookie does not track you across sites and contains no personal information. You may clear it at any time via your browser settings.
6. Children's Privacy
BluffCatcher is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Data Retention
Anonymous usage data is retained for up to 12 months for analytical purposes, then deleted. We do not store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to respond to your support requests.

- Expo / EAS — mobile build and update infrastructure
- Vercel — web hosting
- Supabase — backend database (no PII stored)
- Apple App Store — app distribution

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BluffCatcher after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
